Margo Shepherd (Enid-Raye Adams) was the villainess from "Maternity Liv", episode 1.07 of iZombie (airdate April 28, 2015). She was an animal control worker and the wife of Mark Shepherd. Together, the two participated in a twisted "religion", kidnapping and killing young women for human sacrifices, with Margo using her work van to abduct their victims. Prior to the episode's events, Margo and Mark had been keeping two unnamed girls and the pregnant Emily Sparrow hostage, and the episode began with Emily escaping the treehouse Margo and Mark were keeping her and the other girls and reaching a group of camping teens before dying of her injuries.
When interrogated by Liv and Clive, Margo put on a chipper persona and went along with their theory that fired employee Gerald Denny was behind the kidnappings. But later, Clive uncovered Margo's true nature when he discovered that Mark's cottage was up-river from the place Emily was found and the fact that she was his wife. Liv and Clive went to the cottage to watch for the villainous couple, but were forced to flee when Margo began firing at them. Clive received backup and charged the house while Liv stayed in the car, allowing her to spot the treehouse Margo was keeping her remaining two girls. When Lieutenant Suzuki went in and saw Margo crouched by the window with her shotgun, he prepared to shoot her before being stopped by Mark, who shot him in the side. Margo went on to inadvertently help Liv free her captives by shooting her in the leg as she climbed up to the treehouse, causing her to go "full on zombie" and tear the locked door off.
After Suzuki went into his own zombie mode and shot Mark dead, he went upstairs and caught Margo just as she was reloading her shotgun. Margo put down the gun and stood up with her hands behind her head as Suzuki held her at gunpoint. Margo began to try and explain her and her husband's evil deeds, but before she could start, Suzuki shot her to death.
