Marcia Vasquez (Nadine Velazquez) is a villainess from "Dead Reckoning", episode 6.04 of CSI: NY (airdate October 14, 2009). Her brief backstory revealed that she was arrested at 17 for drug and weapon possession, receiving five years probation.

The CSI's investigation into the murder of Kevin Carter leads them to a shocking 21 unsolved crimes, including 11 homicides, each with the same DNA found at the scene. Later investigations found that three of the victims (two being identified as Hartley Johnson and James Chesterfield) each received envelopes containing cocaine with the same fingerprints on the drugs, with the DNA being identified as Marcia's, who had been working for delivery company World Send for months.

Lindsay Messer and Don Flack went to arrest Marcia, who fled the two before being cornered by Flack in a restaurant. In response, the evil Marcia armed herself with a knife and challenged Flack to kill her, threatening to kill him if he wouldn't. Flack (still haunted by Jessica Angell's murder) is unable to go through with shooting Marcia, with the villainess angrily telling Flack he should've pulled the trigger after being subdued and arrested by Lindsay. Marcia was later interrogated by the pair about the murders of Kevin and the other victims, with Marcia fiercely denying killing anyone and referring to Flack as a coward. Marcia repeated her sentiment about the murders when interrogated by Stella Bonasera, but Mac Taylor deduced the truth from her response to photos of the victims: Marcia was responsible for killing the three drug dealers, whose photos illicited discomfort from her, but not the 11 unidentified victims or Kevin, whose pictures received no reaction from her. Her DNA at the scene of the other crimes was revealed to be a result of lab contamination, and Marcia was arrested (off-screen) for the people she had killed.
