Marcia Dennison (Angel Tompkins) is a secondary villainess in the 1968 episode "The Night of the Death Maker" for the TV series "The Wild Wild West".
Marcia Dennison is a stage actress who gets caught up in an assassination plot against President Grant. She first attempts to cause a distraction in San Francisco in order to allow an attempt on the President's life. However, this plan is foiled by James T. West (Robert Conrad). The weapon used in the attempt was one stolen in a recent raid on government territorial armories.
The President refuses to cancel a trip to Denver, leaving Jim and Artemus 36 hours to uncover who is responsible and stop them before it's too late.
Not knowing that Marcia is involved, he runs into her in a town called Jewbelle. After asking her to dinner, he follows what he thinks is a monk to an abbey. The monk ends up being Marcia, who is working for a disgruntled officer (Wendell Corey) who had been relieved of his command in the Civil War. He plans to blow up Grant's train as it passes a mountain pass. in the meantime, he has taken all the real monks as prisoner, and is holding them in the dungeon.
When West shows up, he is held at gunpoint by Marcia. West attempts to buy his time by romancing her, but she has used the stall tactics to her advantage to summon her men. She reveals to him that she doesn't love the officer, but plans to marry him in order to have power for herself. She is knocked out by a pressure point to the neck.
Later she shows up pointing the pistol at Artemus. West wrestles the gun away from her and places her in the dungeon for safe keeping. The assassination attempt is foiled and it is assumed that Marcia is hauled away to prison. She is not mentioned again.
