Mara Ciprioni (Tara Karsian) is the main villainess from "Monster in the Closet," episode 4.06 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine (airdate November 15, 2016). She was the owner of a pawn shop in Neustadter, New York.
Before the events of the episode, Mara and her co-hort, Dino, burned down the shop and stole all of the merchandise; including (but not limited to) earrings that belonged to Adrian Pimento. Adrian planned to marry Rosa, and he asked Jake to take him to the pawn shop so he could get the earrings; only for them (along with Gina) to find that the shop was burned down. When they visit Mara at her home, she claimed that the earrings didn't survive the fire, but Adrian figures out that she burned down the shop; as he recognized that her necklace was the same one he pawned at that same shop.
The trio re-entered the home by climbing through the upstairs window and into the bedroom, where they find all of the stolen stuff from the shop. At that moment, the evil Mara caught them and called Dino, who appeared with a sword in hand. Adrian managed to retrieve the earrings, and he, Jake, and Gina escaped. It can be assumed that Mara and Dino were both arrested.
