Madeline Madrigal (Dredd)

Madeline Madrigal a.k.a. Ma-Ma (Lena Headey) is the main antagonist of the 2012 film Dredd. She was once a prostitute working in the Pleasure District of Sector 9, and had numerous run-ins with the law. Out of dissatisfaction with life as a prostitute, she brutally killed her pimp as retribution for murdering her boyfriend, and took over his interests. Taking on the nickname Ma-Ma, she started a gang called the Ma-Ma clan and took over the top floor of the Peachtree Block. Her gang went on to wipe out all the rival gangs in the block, giving her complete control of it. She then used Peachtree as a manufacturing center for a drug called Slo-Mo, which shows the user's perception of time. When Judge Dredd and his rookie partner Cassandra Anderson enter Peachtree, Ma-Ma and her gang and some corrupt judges attempt to kill them many times, not having any regard for the civilians living in Peachtree. However, they both survive and Dredd eventually reaches Ma-Ma, forces her to take a dose of Slo-Mo, and then throws her out of a window causing her to plummet 200 stories to her death.
