Lori Walsh (Grey DeLisle) is the main villainess of "Ghost in the Mystery Machine", episode 2.18 of Be Cool, Scooby Doo! (airdate March 10, 2018). She was the owner of a security firm who had approached Mr. Meldon, the owner of the Meldon Archeological Science Laboratory and Museum, to convince him to hire her to upgrade his lab's security.
Mr. Meldon, however, refused to hire Lori's services, believing them to be too excessive and costly. Determined to get Meldon to hire her firm, Lori resorted to underhanded methods to convince Meldon to hire her. To do so, the evil Lori paid Dr. Blum (a scientist at the laboratory) to make it appear that the museum's security was ineffective, using the legend of a destructive spirit capable of possessing any inanimate object contained inside a museum artifact to do so.
As a result of Blum's sabotage, Meldon hired Lori's security for the museum, with her first onscreen appearance of the episode having Meldon outright tell her he was only hiring her firm under diress. Throughout the episode, the Scooby gang was also dealing with their vehice (the Mystery Machine) seemingly coming to life and trying to kill them, with Fred Jones eventually finding a transmitter in the van that allowed them to deduce Blum as the culprit and Lori as the mastermind behind the sabotage (though it was later revealed that the transmittor was put in the Mystery Machine by hidden villainess Rose). The gang shortly afterwards caught Blum and unmasked him and Lori as co-conspirators. While her fate isn't directly mentioned, it can assumed Lori was arrested (off-screen) along with Dr. Blum.

- Ironically, Grey DeLisle also voices Daphne Blake, and has since 2001. She previously voiced another What's New, Scooby Doo? villainess in Season Two, portraying the evil Mademoiselle Chantal, and she voiced Galina Korzhakov later in Season Three.
- Grey voiced another Scooby-Doo villainess when she lent her voice to the evil Holly Graham in the video game, Scooby Doo! Night of 1000 Frights and appeared in Be Cool, Scooby Doo! as Nate's villainous mother, evil assistant Carli, the villainous Mrs. Clune, the scheming Lori Logan, maniacal villainess Bubby, and greedy villainesses Ms. Anja and Karen. She later voiced the evil Mrs. Malvo in Scooby-Doo and the Curse of the 13th Ghost.
- Grey DeLisle is perhaps best known for voicing evil babysitter Vicky on The Fairly OddParents, and she has also voiced Azula on Avatar: The Last Airbender, Mitzy on Johnny Bravo, and Tammy Jane on Brickleberry.
