Lola Dickinson is the villainess of "The White Peaks Project", case #29 of Criminal Case: Pacific Bay, the 2nd season of the crime solving game Criminal Case (release date November 6, 2014). She was a film producer who worked with Virginia Watchbird, who was filming a documentary over the origins of "The Night Walker", a local urban legend in White Peaks.

As revealed over the course of the case, Lola and Virginia got into conflict over how the documentary should be filmed; Virginia wanted the project to focus on the historical facts of the legend, while Lola believed the public only cared about the film providing scary entertainment. Wanting to make the documentary more "intense", Lola began stalking Virginia as if she were "The Night Stalker", effectively convincing her friend that she was being followed.

When Lola eventually revealed herself to Virginia, Virginia stabbed Lola with her pocket knife out of fear. In reaction, Lola shoved Virginia back, causing her to become fatally impaled on tree branches. Afterwards, the evil Lola fled the scene, leaving Virginia to bleed to death. Despite Lola lying to the police to cover her tracks, the evidence (including her blood on Virginia's pocket knife) revealed her as Virginia's killer. Lola ultimately convinced once Frank confronted her with the evidence, blasting Virginia for not going along with her ideas and proclaiming that she hadn't intended to kill her.

Lola was arrested and put on trial, where she callously argued that Virginia "died for her art" and that she made sure she "immortalized" as part of the Night Walker legend. After chastising Lola for ending the life of a promising young woman, judge Edward Dante sentenced Lola to twenty-five years in prison.

Quotes[]

  • "Virginia is not the first one to die for her art. Her work will be recognized by all, she'll live on forever in her documentary! (Edward Dante: "Are you waiting for someone to congratulate you or something?") That'd be a start. I ensured that Virginia's work will be noticed, recognized and remembered! I've made her an immortal! She's part of the Night Walker legend now!" (Lola's callous justification for accidentally killing Virginia Watchbird)
