Lisa Jenkins (Julie Claire) is a villainess from "Overkill," the penultimate episode of Castle's second season (airdate May 10, 2010). She is the VP of a men's skin care company.
The company's CEO, Damian Wilder, was on the verge of releasing a product which was later revealed to contain a chemical compound known as benzophyosopheme, which--if used long enough--could cause capillary damage. Damian was blackmailed by lab tech Rebecca Strong regarding the discovery, and she was paid $75,000 from Lisa. Unbeknownst to Rebecca, there was a second bag containing that same amount of money, which came Damian's cousin, Blake Wilder, who funded his company.
Damian planned to go public and recall the product after being blackmailed, which would cause problems for both Blake and Lisa. Regarding the latter of the two, Lisa sat on the public reports about the product, and the truth coming out would cause embarrassment. Lisa decided to silence Damian, and late one night, the villainess went to Damian's apartment and shot him multiple times. Afterwards, the evil Lisa took Damian's blood and attempted to write "Murderer" on his mirror in an attempt to frame animal rights protesters for the murder, as they had been going after the company. Lisa ran out of Damian's blood and couldn't finish the message, but before she could get more, she heard someone else in the apartment and left. Unbeknownst to her, Blake came to the apartment and bludgeoned his cousin, as he also planned to kill Damian.
In the process, both killers ended up alibing each other out, but Kate Beckett ended up revealing their roles when she realized the timeline was all wrong for the murder. A reenactment ended up cementing Lisa and Blake's reveal as Damian's killers, and they were shown being interrogated in the same room regarding the murder. Lisa ended up arrested (along with Blake) for killing Damian Wilder.
