Lindsey Taylor (Jessica McNamee) is the hidden villainess from the 2017 comedy film CHiPs, which is based on Rick Rosner’s TV series of the same name that ran from 1977 to 1983. She is a California Highway Patrol Officer, and throughout the film, Lindsey was shown flirting with Ponch on several occasions.

Later in the film, however, Lindsey is also revealed as the secret girlfriend of CHP Lieutenant Raymond Kurtz, the ringleader of a group responsible for a string of armored truck robberies. His motive for masterminding the robberies was so that he could raise enough money to get his son (Raymond Reed Kurtz, Jr. ) out of Los Angeles and also have him get treatment for his addiction to heroin.

Lindsey was revealed as a villainess when she, Kurtz, and also CHP Officer Brian Grieves were unloading their stolen property. The villainous trio also went over their plans to pull off another heist. During the climax of the film, CHP Officer Frank Poncherello and CHP Probationary Officer Jon Baker (the movie’s two main protagonists) learned about Lindsey's villainous role when they witness her hand Kurtz a gun after removing the cuffs from him, doing so while faking his arrest. She later engaged in a fistfight with CHP Officer Ava Perez, and the struggle ended with Perez taking Taylor into custody. She was most likely imprisoned offscreen.
