Lily Galloway (Reyna de Courcy) is a villainess from "Reckless," the penultimate episode of Bull's second season (airdate May 1, 2018). She is a waitress and the girlfriend of Elliott Miles, a mute man who was on trial (and facing the death penalty) for double murder and arson.
Elliott was accused of raping a woman, Amy Johnson, and then setting a fire to the home, killing Amy and her husband, Matt Johnson. Lily's account had Elliott arriving home at 8:15, 45 minutes after the fire was set, which--according to Marissa Morgan--meant he could have committed the arson, but only if he sprinted home, meaning that he had little room to commit the crime. Lily gave the same account to Chunk Palmer, while also claiming that their relationship wasn't exclusive, and that she was nervous due to the looks she was receiving due to her connection with Elliott.
However, as the capital murder trial progressed, ADA Rosenberg shockingly revealed that Lily was on a witness list for the prosecution, and later on, Lily changed her story and claimed that she was wrong about the time that Elliott returned home. Her new claim had her boyfriend returning home at 9:15, an hour later than her original account. When Benny Colón cross-examined Lily and questioned the fact that she changed her story, Lily told the truth: she had no idea when her boyfriend arrived home, revealing that she was high on bath salts at that time.
This was followed by another revelation: Lily was bribed by Rosenberg to get Elliott convicted, and regarding her reasons for accepting the bribe, the evil Lily complained about receiving backlash due to living with Elliott, stating that Rosenberg promised her protection. The episode ended without revealing Lily's fate.
