The party in the park is being led by Princess Primrose (Skye Aubrey), who also goes by the name Thelma Jones. Thelma was the former college friend of Barbara Gordon (Yvonne Craig). Louie shows up and tosses flowers to all the hippies. He then uses his boutineer to hypnotize Primrose and kidnap her in his Flowermobile. However, before she has a chance to go into action, her father shows up. She changes back into herself and reassures her father that she is fine living on her own.
Primrose shakes off his hypnosis, and Batman and Robin escape the man eating lilacs. They do this by kicking a flower pot through the hothouse door, and the colder air killed the lilacs.
