Lexi Savage (Michelle Martonick) is a spy in the 2012 episode "Operation: Permission to Kill" (episode 19) in the action comedy web series "The Adventures of Superseven", which appeared on YouTube from 2011-2015.
Lexi is a double agent spy for the organization T.H.E.M. In the episode we see Lexi dressed in a red bikini, sunning herself on the balcony of her apartment. She walks into her bedroom and answers her phone. It is Superseven (Jerry Kokich) who is calling to obtain a micro chip from her. Lexi tells him that she will hide it in the usual spot, or maybe on her persons.
After getting off the phone, she is surpised by an assassin dressed in a trench coat. Lexi recognizes the assassin, and wonders why he/she is there. She reaches for her gun, but the assassin shoots her in the stomach with a gun in the disguise of a crutch. Lexi falls back onto the bed dead. The assassin turns out to be Sandra West (Olivia Dunkley), who searches the apartment and Lexi's left high heal shoe for the micro chip. Sandra is disturbed from her search by a knock at the door, and escapes off of the balcony.
When Superseven enters the apartment, he finds Lexi dead on the bed, and locates the micro chip in the clenched hand of Lexi. Seeing that her shoe has been removed, he figures out that someone was looking for the chip in the place that most agents hide such things. This is the end of the episode.
