Lea Muller (Diane Venora) is a villainess from "Resurrection," the pilot episode of Eleventh Hour (airdate October 9, 2008). She is one of two physicians who worked for a villainous human cloner known as Geppetto.

Along with Dr. Sidney Hayward, Lea was part of a cloning experiment that involved providing a new baby for billionaire Philip Gifford, who lost his son, Gabriel, a few years back due to meningitis. Nineteen previous experiments had failed, and in every case, Lea ordered a man named Will Sanders to burn the deceased fetuses (Will, instead, buried them after finding out what was inside the containers). Her callousness continued to show itself after Hayward informed her that Kelly Frost, a young woman who was paid to participate and carry what would be their 20th attempted baby, faced the possibility of death should she deliver. The villainess responded by stating that with great risk comes greater reward.

The cloning scheme was found out by Dr. Jacob Hood and FBI Agent Rachel Young when they crossed paths with Sanders, and later on, Lea and Hayward were with Kelly when her contractions started. Kelly's ex, Bobby (who had been following her and their son, Daniel), entered the apartment looking for Kelly, and it was at that moment that Lea attacked Bobby with a pair of scissors into his jugular (he survived). After they took Kelly out of the hospital, Hayward informed Lea that they should turn Giffored into police, with Lea telling him to make the call. However, the evil Lea killed Hayward by injecting a chemical into his neck, and later on, she went after Young after she and Hood entered the facility. The scuffle ended with Young taking down Lea, who was later arrested (off-screen).
