Kitty Malone (Elisa Moolecherry) was a villainess from "Mr. Monk Goes to the Carnival," the fifth episode of Monk's first season (airdate August 2, 2002). She was a ferris wheel operator at a carnival where John Gitomer, an informant for police Lieutenant Adam Kirk, was stabbed to death.

As revealed later on, Kirk was set up and framed by Leonard Stokes, an accused killer who was looking to discredit Kirk, as he confessed to a murder in the back of Kirk's police car. Stokes' plan originally had Gitomer portray Kirk as an abusive cop, as Gitomer bruised himself to make it look like Kirk was beating information out of him.

Unbeknownst to Gitomer, Kitty was actually Stokes' girlfriend, and she was instructed by Stokes to kill Gitomer and frame Kirk for the murder. Gitomer played his role and yelled in panic, acting like Kirk was beating him. It was at that moment that Kitty stopped the ride, and it was there that the villainess pulled out a knife and killed Gitomer. The plan works and Stokes is freed, but shortly afterwards, Stokes killed Kitty, doing so out of fear that she would talk.
