Kelly Vaile is a secondary villainess in the 1998 Pacific Blue episode Silver Dollar (Season 4 Episode 6). She is played by the actress Susie Park.
Kelly is a henchwoman working for a rogue bookmaker. Using her martial arts skills, she beats up college students who fail to pay their gambling debts. The evil Kelly seems to enjoy this assignment, since we get to see her smile when ordered to smash one of those poor guys. Officer Russ Granger goes undercover to investigate. Kelly seems very suspicious of him and eagerly waits for the opportunity to give him a thrashing.
Villainess Pacific Blue
When her boss is finally arrested, Kelly flees from the police. She gets into a fight with Officer Cory McNamara and gives the policewoman a few nasty kicks and blows. However, Cory fights back and gives the villainess a bloody nose. To make matters worse for the villainness, the brave officer delivers a nasty kick to her opponent's crotch. Grunting from pain, Kelly is still stunned from Cory’s punch when Russ appears on the scene. After a mocking remark, he knocks her out with a bat. The defeated villainess spins around and hits the ground, where she remains out cold. She will presumably be arrested and led away to jail.
