Kellar (Nadja Kostich) is the main Villainess of 90s Australian TV series 'Ocean Girl'. She appeared in 26 episodes from 1997-1997.
Kellar works for the rival organsiation UBRI as the Henchwoman for Dr.Hellegren. Once they find out about Ocean girl and her alien background they become determined to capture her and the group to be able to conduct more research. Kellar has more ruthless approach such as attempting to kill the young group of protaganists by planting explosives in there hideout.
In season 3 they finally get hold of a device called synchronium, an artifact that can control the seas, which in the wrong hands could cause all sorts of devastation.
In her last scene during the climax of the finale the evil Kellar is trying to activate the device, Hellegrens daughter who became an allie of ocean girls group earlier on in the show jumps in the sea so that Hellegren would save her by stopping Kellar from continueing. Kellar fights off Hellegren, however his efforts brought the protangnists enough time to take back the synchronium. Kellar realises its all over as she looks on disappointed and angry.
Its persumed shes arrested or fired as she never returned in the fourth and final season.
