Katya (Charlotte Lewis) was a villainess in the 1995 movie "Decoy".
Katya was a henchwoman hired by Wellington (Peter Breck) to extract a millionaire's daughter, Diana (Darlene Vogel). She has competent martial arts skills.
At the end of the movie, she was hit in the head with a hard object during a fight with Baxter (Peter Weller). This knocked her onto her back on a table where she apparently died. She had a nasty gash on the side of her face, and when Baxter checked on her, he was satisfied that she was dead.
