Justine Wolfe (René Ashton) was the hidden main villainess from "React," episode 13.15 of NCIS (airdate February 16, 2016).
About[]
Justine Wolfe was the lover of Richard Porter, who was the ex-husband of Sarah Porter--the Secretary of the U.S. Navy (SECNAV)--and the father of his daughter with Sarah, Megan Porter. The length of their relationship wasn't revealed in the episode, but it was revealed that at some point in time, Justine was previously a member of the board of directors at Wynnewood Security Services, before planning to start her own company, D-TAV. She sank $5 million into the company, which was failing, and she stood to lose a lot more money if D-TAV went under.
Heel Turn/Death[]
Knowing that Sarah put out a $10 million insurance policy on Megan, Justine turned heel and plotted to kidnap Megan in order to receive the monetary benefits, The villainess enlisted former employee Owen Dixon to snatch Megan, which he does in the beginning of the episode. Justine was solely in it for the money, but regarding enlisting Dixon's services, the evil Justine used his need for revenge on Sarah to coerce him to conspire in the plot, as he held Sarah responsible for his unit being shut down.
Justine appeared briefly after Megan's abduction, but NCIS' investigation ended up revealing Justine as the evil mastermind behind the kidnapping plot. Bishop and DiNozzo went to Justine's home to capture and interrogate her regarding Megan's kidnapping, only to find the villainess dead in her garage; killed by Dixon with a bullet in her head.
