Justine Doble (Kate Beahan) is the main villainess from "All About Her," episode 3.12 of Lucifer (airdate January 22, 2018). She is the owner of a home and property on Carbon Beach, where surfer Manny "The Moondog" Taylor was found dead. The murder was believed to have been committed by a surf gang known as the Orcas, which prompted Detective Daniel Espinosa (a surfing enthusiast) to go undercover and investigate. It turned out that none of the Orcas were involved because, according to their leader, Wildchild, there were signs posted all over the property keeping them from going to Carbon Beach. After the Orcas were cleared, Chloe Decker realized that California doesn't have private beaches, meaning the signs were posted illegally.
After looking into the signs, everything pointed to Justine. It turned out that Justine was upset over people surfing on what she considered "her" beach, and in a fit of rage, Justine murdered Manny, doing so by strangling him with a surf leash. Regarding her reasoning for the weapon of choice, the evil Justine planned to frame the Orcas, who had a surf leash of their own. Justine's reveal came when Chloe and Lucifer Morningstar were seated in front of the home, which led to the enraged villainess attempting to eject them. However, when Chloe revealed Justine's entire scheme, Justine boldly confessed, stating that she paid for the land and voicing her anger over the surfers being on it, leaving Lucifer shocked that her murderous act wasn't personal, just a means to an end. Justine was later handcuffed and arrested for Manny's murder.
