Julie Eland (Sharon Stone) is the main antagonist of the 1984 "Mike Hammer" TV-episode "Shots in the Dark".
She first appears to be the room mate of a murder victim, later is revealed as an enemy spy and finally dumped by Mike Hammer into barrel with a sticky, black fluid, appearing to be tar or something similar. It is to assume, that she survives the "bathing" and is arrested afterwards.
