Judy (Angela Maiorano) is a villainess from "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire", episode 3.14 of Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye (airdate April 3, 2005). Her slight backstory revealed that she resided in Baltimore and had a record for being a small-time drug dealer.

Judy's name came up in an FBI investigation regarding a plane that crashed on the outskirts of a small town in Virginia, which was found to contain a million dollars as well as several kilos of cocaine. Judy was found to have bought the plane from a freight company, with her history of drug dealing leading the FBI team to believe Judy was back to her old ways and using the plane to do so.

Judy was brought in and interrogated by Jack Hudson and Sue Thomas, with Judy claiming she had given up the drug dealing business and hadn't bought the plane, only for Jack to disprove the latter claim by citing how her name was on the invoice and that she'd signed for the plane. Caught, Judy admitted to buying the plan, but revealed that she'd actually bought it for her ex-boyfriend with his money. When asked by Sue why her boyfriend couldn't buy the plane himself, Judy explained that her lover was a Columbian pilot in the United States illegally, and that he'd claimed he wanted to start a crop dusting business so he could gain citizenship and marry her.

Judy then revealed that her boyfriend left her as soon as she bought the plane, and proclaimed that she'd been "looking at the world through love-infested eyes" when Jack asked why she hadn't suspected her lover of having ulterior motives for buying the plane. Judy happily offered to help the FBI build a case against her ex-boyfriend, coming to the realization that her lover lied about his name being John Smith, as Jack pointed out that a Columbian was unlikely to have such a name. She was, however, able to provide his real address, resulting in "John" being arrested and revealed as a Syrian man named Habib Hakeem and a conspirator in an attempted terrorist attack against several U.S. airliners. While Habib's other cohorts were also arrested before the plot could commence, Judy's ultimate fate regarding her unwitting role in the plot was left unknown.
