Jill Paige (Kate Jennings Grant) is the main villainess from the pilot episode of Body of Proof (airdate March 29, 2011). She is the wife of Bradford Paige, the head of a law firm that employed Angela Swanson, who was found dead while out jogging.
It was revealed that Angela was Bradford's illicit lover, with Jill not suspecting the affair until learning that Angela came down with strep throat. As revealed by Megan Hunt, one of Jill and Bradford's sons had the disease, which was transferred to Bradford and later Angela. On the morning of Angela's death, Jill dropped the boys off at home and caught Bradford and Angela having sex; after which she plotted a murderous revenge.
Knowing that Angela was allergic to amoxicillin, Jill (a nurse) poisoned Angela's energy drink with her son's strep throat medication, which had the chemical inside. After drinking from the bottle, Angela suffered an allergic reaction and fell into the river, and was killed when her head struck a piece of debris. Bradford was originally accused of Angela's murder, but Jill was revealed as a scorned villainess by Megan at their home. Detective Samantha Baker exited the home with evidence of Jill's role in Angela's death: a bottle of the medication used in the murder. Baker arrested Jill for Angela's murder; all the while, the evil Jill snarled at Bradford, saying that it should have been him that died.
