Jet-set Jessie was one of a number of villains created for a series of advertisments for Hostess, a cake and confectionery brand. The comic strip featuring this character appeared in Superfriends #42.
Jet-set Jessie was a glamorous jewel thief. Batgirl attempted to apprehend her, but found her to be a capable fighter and adversary. Nevertheless, she managed to distract Jessie by tossing her Hostess Twinkies (the usual strategy adopted by heroes in the Hostess adverts). She was then arrested without any difficulty.
