Jessica O'Donnell (Holly Deveaux) was a villainess from "Cherry Blossoms," episode 1.09 of Cracked (airdate March 19, 2013). She is a high school "Queen Bee" whose target of her bullying was classmate Lindsay Croxton.
Regarding Jessica's personality, it was revealed that her response to getting a failing grade on her English test was to blackmail her English teacher with a false story about him attempting to sleep with her, only to back out later on. Regarding Lindsay, the evil Jessica became threatened by her when she earned the lead in the school's play, so she bribed another student, Molly Olsson, to sabotage Lindsay during the play. The villainess enlisted Molly to sabotage Lindsay's dress so the straps would snap off, with the promise that Molly could join The Pit and possibly become part of the popular Pit Crew.
Molly committed the sabotage, and Lindsay's dress fell during her performance. Jessica videotaped the incident, with the video being posted online. As for her promise to Molly, not only did Jessica renege, she told Lindsay what Molly had done, and after suffering so much humiliation, Lindsay committed suicide via carbon monoxide poisoning. Jessica continued to act callous as she (with her mother, Mindy, present) was interviewed by Detective Aidan Black and Dr. Daniella Ridley about Lindsay, stating that if Aidan arrests her, he'd have to arrest any other students who posted GIFs and other things about Lindsay.
Later on, Jessica was lured to the woods by Molly and her two cohorts, Janelle Waters and Caitlyn Borysiuk, as part of the trio's vengeful plan to get back at her. The group spiked Jessica's drink with GHB from Lindsay's stash, and planned to capture her knocked out and drugged to give Jessica a taste of her own medicine. However, when Jessica became unresponsive, the group believed that they had killed her and fled the scene. Unbeknownst to the group, Jessica was still alive, but after Molly's mother, Lena, arrived and saw Jessica unconscious, she placed Jessica inside her husband's hockey bag and dumped her into the river. Lena did so unaware that Jessica was alive, and after she was dumped, Jessica struggled to get out, only for the bag to sink, causing Jessica to drown.
