Jenna York (Jaimie Alexander) is the hidden main villainess of "Flight Risk," episode 7.18 of CSI: Miami (airdate March 16, 2009). She is a Pathways Air flight attendant and a colleague of murdered flight attendant Suzanne Grady, whose body was found tossed out with the baggage of the passengers of Pathways Flight 88 at the beginning of the episode.
It was later revealed that Jenna was in league with corrupt federal air marshal Aaron Nolan (the episode's hidden secondary villain), as she was helping him smuggle dormal pills inside a neck pillow and also sell them for profit. Jenna was caught with a few of the pills by Suzanne, who informed Nolan about her discovery—while oblivious to the fact that he was actually the main smuggler of the drug.
After being warned by Aaron that she was going to be turned in, Jenna remembered how she advised for Suzanne to sleep off a hangover (which, unbeknownst to her, was caused mostly by their jealous colleague Carolyn Morrow). York found her napping in the plane's "romper room," and then decided to drug Suzanne with one of the pills. The villainess later dragged her unconscious victim to the jet's access hatch while it was flying through turbulence. She dropped her into the aircraft's cargo bay before stashing her in a water ski case. Unfortunately for Jenna, her plan to cover her tracks backfired when the sharp edge of the luggage arm struck one of Suzanne's carotid arteries while she was on the baggage mover, causing her to bleed out and die on the belt.
After being revealed as the true killer, Jenna stated to Horatio Caine that her villainous deeds were meant to cover up her collusion with Nolan by framing her as being the air marshal's accomplice; she planned to do this by having her be discovered drugged, inebriated, and also unconscious with the passengers' luggage. At the end of the episode, Jenna was arrested for drug smuggling and also for causing Suzanne's death.
