Jacqueline (Hélène Chanel) is a minor antagonist in the 1961 Italian comedy film "I Tre Nemici".
Jacqueline is an enemy spy under the employment of Professor Otto Kreutz (Martin Benson). The enemy spies, captained by Dr. Otto Kreutz, try in every way to steal from him the secret that he wears without knowing it.
A scientist develops the formula of a new, powerful explosive, but his maid, who is actually a spy, kills him and steals the formula. The spy then pretends to be a tattoo artist, and transcribes the formula, in the form of a tattoo, on the butt of Leo Bottini (Gino Bramieri), an employee who works in a tourist agency.
After Professor Kreutz and his Nurse (Elisabetta Velinska) fail in their attempt to photograph Leo's butt, he has to develop another way of obtaining the formula. Professor Kreutz and his associates settle on calling in Sonia, the Blonde (Margaret Lee), but her seduction at Leo's travel agency fails.
Next up is Jacqueline, who calls Leo at work and asks him to come sit for a portrait session at her apartment. Leo agrees, and he is soon dressed in a Roman toga and posing for the painter.
Jacqueline paints the formula and plans to send the picture to Professor Kreutz. While showing Leo the finished product, she pulls out a rope and comes up behind him to strangle him. However, Leo is able to throw Jacqueline off him the two tumble on the ground. Jacqueline then throws a blanket over him and the two wrestle for a bit.
While the two are fighting, Rocco (Ciccio Ingrassia) and Fanbuzzo (Franco Franchi) sneak into the studio and steal the painting. When Jacqueline notices the theft, she grabs her pistol and rushes out after them. When she fires the gun at them, they drop the painting in a fountain, which rubs the formula off the painting.
This is the last we see of the lovely Jacqueline, having failed her mission.
