Jacinda is one of the bad guys from the episode Val on Fire (S03 E13) of the Pamela Anderson series V.I.P. She is played by Alex Madison.
The bad guys are an ex-special-forces group who want to kidnap a wrestler who is now the client of Pamela Anderson's (Valery Irons) bodyguard team.
Jacinda a trained weapons expert who is also good at using the computer. She is first seen during a bodybuilding workout and then in front of a notebook. At the beach she wears a bikini to flirt with the wrestler and kidnap him, but fails. At the final fight she shoots at the heroes several times with her gun. She has a direct confrontation with Valery Irons, who wants to spray Jacinda with a fire extinguisher but discovers that it is empty. Jacinda wants to shoot Valery but discovers that her gun was also empty. Jacinda then takes a knife and threatens Valery. To her surprise Valery starts to spin around with the fire extinguisher in her hand. While doing so, Valery first disarms Jacinda by hitting her hand and then knocks her out by hitting her face with the fire extinguisher. Jacinda laying knocked out on the floor is the last we see of her. She is presumably arrested with the rest of the bad guys later.
