Jill the Ripper is the main antagonist of 2000 movie Jill Rips (also known as Jill the Ripper and Tied Up) which was based on a 1987 novel by Scottish writer Frederic Lindsay. She was portrayed by Danielle Brett.
A mysterious serial killer who was active in the 1970s. She would dress as a dominatrix in a red leather gimp suit and target men who she had a personal grudge against. At the end of the film, it is revealed that her real identity is Irene, the disgruntled wife of one of her previous victims.
