Hou-Ting (The Legend of Korra)

Hou-Ting

Hou-Ting is a supporting antagonist in Book 3 of The Legend of Korra. She was the 53rd ruler (After Circa 150 AG - 171 AG) of the Earth Kingdom, and the daughter of Kuei, the previous Earth King. She is a warmongering, resourceful, remorseless, heartless, sour, treacherous, insatiably greedy, very wicked, highly cunning, and incredibly cold and calculating as well as extremely cruel, unmerciful, sadistic, manipulative, narcissistic, businesslike, inimical, dangerous, immoral, and conniving tyrant. She also has a more twisted side to her.
