The unnamed Hooded Killer (Chelsea Young) is the villainess of Netflix and Kill, a 15-second horror film released by Wolf Pelt Productions (released in 2015). The film opened with a young woman sitting alone on her couch, watching television.
Unbeknownst to the woman, a woman wearing a black hoodie appeared from out the shadows, creeping up on the woman as she continued to watch her movie. As she stood behind the couch, the hooded villainess raised up her hand to reveal a knife, with the sinister woman wielding her weapon over her unsuspecting victim as the film ends, presumably murdering the woman off-screen.
