Heather Rockrear (Charlotte Flair) is a minor villainess from 2017's Psych: The Movie (airdate December 7, 2017). She was introduced as a henchwoman for Thin White Duke, a former snitch who was involved in a revenge plot against Juliet O'Hara.
Heather appeared in the beginning in the film with Duke and another minion, Black Gentleman Ninja, as they shot and killed Juliet's partner, Sam Sloane. As the film progressed, however, Heather and the Ninja were revealed to be working for the film's true villainous mastermind, Allison Cowley, as Allison appeared and killed Duke with a single gunshot after Shawn Spencer and company were lured to Alcatraz Island. This was following Heather's involvement in the abduction of Chief Karen Vick's daughter, and after this, the evil Heather engaged in a fight with Henry Spencer (Shawn's father) and coroner Woody Strode; continuously taunting them as she dominated the pair. Heather's attempt to finish off Henry and Woody was thwarted by the pair and Karen, as she was sent through a table and ended up struck with chairs by all three. Following the rescue of Karen's daughter, Heather ended up arrested (off-screen).
