Hazel Galloway is a villainess from "I Lost My Heart in Xerda", case #23 of Criminal Case: The Conspiracy, the 5th season of the crime solving game Criminal Case (release date June 21, 2018). She was the current operator of an antiques shop in Grimsborough, taking ownership of the store after her father Desmond retired.

But as revealed prior to the detectives meeting with her, Hazel was also a villainous cohort of tomb robber Kayla Markham, who sold Hazel ancient artifacts she stole from the unearthed city of Xerda for her to sell in the shop. The book of store transactions proved Hazel's collusion with Kayla's robberies, and she was confronted at her store by the player and David Jones. Hazel immediately confessed, claiming that her business was suffering and that she bought Kayla's stolen artifacts in hopes of boosting business. Hazel also expressed shock at being informed of Kayla's murder at the Xerda site before being placed under arrest for the illegal trade of Xerdan artifacts.

A teddy bear was later found in Hazel's story with a romantic message addressed to Kayla, with the handwriting proving that the message was written by none other than Hazel. When interrogated in prison, Hazel revealed that she'd fallen in love with Kayla due to her "bravery" and the stories she told of her travels, while also expressing heartache over her accomplice's death. Hazel was ultimately proven innocent in Kayla's murder, but still faced charges for her role in the theft of Xerdan artifacts.
