Glory (Clare Kramer) is the main antagonist during the fifth through the sevent season (2000-2003) of the tv series Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
Glory is a goddess from a hellish dimension who is bent on returning to her world so she can rule. Glory needs a device called The Key unfortunately she doesn't know where The Key is.
However unknown to her The Key is actually in the form of Dawn Summers the younger sister of the main protagonist Buffy Summers.
Glory has the power to feed off minds and can unknowingly changed into a man called Ben and those who witness the change will not remember it later on.
Buffy savagely beat Glory until she lost her hold on this reality and returned to the form and mind of Ben. Buffy decided to spare Ben as he laid heavily bleeding and beaten, unwilling to kill a human. Giles knew that Glory would eventually return and get her revenge on Buffy unless Ben was killed, so he smothered her to death with his bare hands. When Ben died, so did Glory, finally ending the hell goddess once and for all.
