Gloria Rafferty (Lori Triolo) is a henchgirl in the 1997 episode "Storm Watch" in the TV series "Viper".
The first time she is seen in the episode, she is interrogated in a police station by Ray Walker (Johnny Cuthbert) and Agent Thomas Cole (Jeff Kaake). She is wearing a short leather skirt, matching leather crop top, black high heel boots and thigh high black nylons. She has a ponytail in the back of her brunette hair, with strands removed from the front hanging over to the side of her face.
The detectives are unable to hold her in custody, so we later see her being released and showing up at the home of her boyfriend (Dan Muldoon) who is there along with Professor Theodore Barnsfield (Stefan Arngrim). While there, they determine that the police has planted a bug on her in order to find out information.
We next see Gloria with a shotgun wearing a short black dress, black boots, and a black beret on top of her head. She blows a hole in the driver side window of an armored van, and Theodore attaches an explosive device on the rear door of the vehicle, which blows up.
We then see Gloria and Theodore inside a garage, where the bad guys are repainting the van, and they are dressing up in armored guard uniforms.
Lastly we see Gloria with a large rifle trying to keep them being caught by the police. She is about to shoot Billy Denver in the back, when Detective Cameron Westlake (Heather Medway) jumps on top of her from another vehicle and handcuffs her. She is led to jail along with the other baddies.
