Kalifa (One Piece)

Kalifa is a villainess from the manga and anime One Piece.

She is a slender woman with long blond hair, blue eyes and glasses. She has long blonde hair. Her eyes are blue, she wears a pair of glasses in front of this. At the order of the World Government, via Spandam, Kalifa along with agents Rob Lucci, Kaku and Blueno infiltrated Water 7 to seek out the plans for the Ancient Weapon Pluton that were rumored to be in Icebrurgs possession, the mayor.

For this purpose the agents Lucci and Kaku acquired key positions in Water 7 in Iceburgs shipbuilders company, the Galley-La Company, while Kalifa assumed the role as his trusted assistant.

After the agents captured Franky, the true inheritor of the plans along with Nico Robin who could read the Poneglyphs they headed to Enies Lobby to deliver them through the Gates of Justice. Later when the Straw Hats declared war on the World Government, Kalifa fought against Nami and was defeated by a lightning attack to the chest.

In order to find the key that could unlock Robin's handcuffs, Nami tore off all the clothes on the unconscious Kalifa's body. When the Buster Call was initiated that destroyed Enies Lobby, Blueno came to rescue his comrades from the onslaught by spiriting them into his Door Dimension.

Due to her clothes being torn apart, Kalifa was forced to use a curtain to cover herself and later was given Jabra's shirt as they CP9 agents fled Enies Lobby after they were declared fugitives by the World Government for their failure to stop the Straw Hats.

Kalifa and the other managed to evade the World Government authorities, but eventually the latter reconciled with the assassins and promoted the group into CP0.

One of her assignment was holding Princess Nefartari Vivi captive in Pangaea Castle at the orders of Imu, the secret King of the World. Though Kalifa not privy to the reasons for capturing a high-profiled princess of an allied nation. the cold-heartless assassin believed that the World Government would use its influence to make Vivi disappear and give her to the World Nobles as a pet.

Kalifa has the power of the Foam Foam Fruit which enables to her to produce soap buds from her body. By rubbing a person with her foam she can make them so slippery that they won't be able to proper grip objects or stand. However the power can be negated if water is used to wash away the foam. Due to being a member of Cipher Pol No.9 Kalifa mastered all the basic techniques of Rokushiki.
