Daisy Collins (Kim Braden) is the main villainess of Murder, She Wrote episode "Tinker, Tailor, Liar, Thief" (S08E15).

Daisy was the neighbor of undercover MI6 agent, Nigel Atkins. Daisy and Nigel were good friends, she even goes to his apartment to feed his cat, Wellington, whenever he is away. However, little did Nigel know about Daisy's greedy nature.

One day, Nigel and Daisy were in a pub when they were confronted by loan shark Mickey Dawks. Mickey was expecting a repayment of a case of cash from Nigel. Upon hearing this, the evil Daisy decided to kill Nigel to retrieve the money without involving the police. So, the greedy Daisy followed Nigel to the hotel where he was to retrieve the money and stabbed him with a stiletto, Daisy took the attaché case that contained the money with her.

When Jessica Fletcher came to Nigel's apartment to investigate Nigel's death, Daisy had already spent some of the money on rent, clothes and a new apartment and left the attaché case empty in his apartment to lead false trails. She let Jessica in, when the latter pretended to check on a letter sent to Nigel.

Daisy was revealed as Nigel's killer when she was confronted by Mickey Dawks, expecting a payment of 10 000 quid from her. Daisy admitted that she killed Nigel and even threatened to kill Mickey with the same knife. Mickey disarmed her and took the stiletto, Daisy revealed her motive — she wanted a new life with the cash. As Mickey was leaving, Daisy expressed that he could not go to the police to report her. When Mickey exited the apartment, Daisy's confession was recorded by the police.

According to Jessica, what gave away Daisy as the killer is the attaché case Nigel carried when he entered the building, there was no attaché case in the crime scene but it was in his apartment, empty. Also, Daisy stated that she was going to put the cat into the pound, indicating she knew Nigel was dead, despite how much MI6 had done to persuade everyone that Nigel was alive. As soon as Nigel's cover would no longer be useful, Daisy would be placed under arrest for the murder.
