Cosmo Stratus (Ashley Tisdale) is the villainess in the 2013 episode "Astro-Not" for the cartoon series Totally Spies.
Cosmo Stratus is a crazy woman who was kicked out of the space program. She was rejected for 15 consecutive space missions, as she kept failing the psychological testing. Her name is a play on cosmo and stratus. Her hairstyle resembles that of Cosmo from the Sonic X anime series.
Cosmo invented a machine to nullify the Earth's gravitational pull. She is able to aim a beam from outer space toward Earth for sinister intentions. She's using a high-tech device to remove gravity from Earth. If she can't go to outer space, she'll bring outer space to Earth.
When the gravity is restored back to normal, Cosmo attempts to escape. However, Clover activates the rocket launcher strapped to her back and Cosmo spins out of control. She ends up in outer space and her suit gets snagged on a space station. The girls laugh as they remark that she will be coming back to earth by WOOHP authorities.
