Bambi and Thumper (names borrowed from Walt Disney's beloved BAMBI cartoon feature) were two athletic women acting as a bodyguards for villain Blofeld to prevent anyone from seeing the reclusive billionaire Willard Whyte in DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER (1971).
When James Bond stumbles into Whyte's desert enclave, the two women "welcome" him with karate and assorted attacks to his person. The donnybrook moves to the swimming pool where Bond finally turns the tables and dunks the two fighters into submission.
