The unnamed Female Spy is the hidden main villainess from episode 1.12 of The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show, "Where's Scooby-Doo?" (airdate December 3, 1983). She is an evil spy who stole a secret formula and planned to smuggle it to Europe via the Orient Express.
As part of her plan, the villainess disguised herself as an elderly lady named Beatrice Whimsey, and she instilled herself into the eccentric Mystery Club. Shaggy, Scrappy, and Daphne encountered Beatrice during their search for Scooby, who disappeared looking for his missing suitcase of Scooby Snacks. Beatrice wished them well after they left, while also brandishing a sinister smile on her face.
After Scooby was found and the club revealed themselves to the gang, Beatrice's ruse was uncovered when Scrappy noticed Morse code in her knitting, as she was smuggling the formula using the code. At that moment, the villainess removed her disguise and made her escape, laughing evilly as she was being chased by Shaggy and Scooby on top of the train. She ended up being caught in a sarcophagus inside the train, and she was later arrested.
