After falling to her demise in her original appearance she is imprisoned on The Isle Of The Lost and becomes the mother of Evie Grimhilde and was originally banished from the inhabited part of the Isle by Maleficent for not inviting Mal to Evie's birthday party. In the movie she along with Jafar and Cruella join Maleficent in order to use the kids, to steal the Fairy Godmother's wand to bend good and evil to their will. Though, she doesn't seem quite as invested as Maleficent, however, she does seem more invested than Jafar. By the end of the movie she is seen watching the Auradon citizens celebrating after Maleficent's defeat and Ben's coronation. The Evil Queen still holds a grudge against Snow White for being the fairest of them all.
