Eve De La Faye (Laura Bailey) is a hidden villainess from "Simple Plan and the Invisible Madman", episode 2.08 of What's New, Scooby Doo? (airdate March 22, 2004). She was a famous fashion designer and had an admirer in fashionista Daphne Blake.

But as revealed later in the episode, Eve was a part of a band consisting of her and the rest of the episode's antagonists: Zeke Zillion, Jack Hunter, and Gibby Norton. Zeke was the manager of band Simple Plan, and they all conspired to kidnap the band so that they could replace them at their latest gig: A music festival in Montreal. Eve's secret was foreshadowed when the Scooby Gang first went to her cabin and found a closet filled with musical equipment.

To aid them in their plot, Zeke and Jack enlisted Eve's fashion knowledge in creating a costume that would allow the wearer to become invisible. The gang then began terrorizing Simple Plan, crashing their tour bus and sabotaging the Mystery Machine when the Scooby Gang came to assist the band. This forced them to take refuge at Hunterville, the town that Jack ran himself. It was there that the villainous group began kidnapping the members of Simple Plan, each of them taking turns as the "Invisible Madman" to deflect suspicions and stashing the band members away in the safe of an abandoned bank. The gang began to grow suspicious of Eve when they realized she was the only person currently not seen during an attack and found a scrap of the reflective material used on the invisible outfit in Eve's cabin, but briefly believed Eve innocent when Pierre Bouvier was abducted at that moment by one of Eve's conspirators.

Eve was officially revealed when Velma deduced that everyone they had encountered was the Invisible Madmen due to everyone having been present for at least one attack. Eve's motivation was revealed and her band gave a performance, with Eve on the drums. However, the villainous gang was shown to be a sub par band, even though they all believed themselves to be great. Eve was presumably arrested offscreen along with her cohorts.
