Elsie the Pirate Queen was the villainess in two episodes of Rulah, Jungle Goddess. She appeared in the 1948 episode "The Terrible Treasure" #20, and the 1949 episode "Death Image" #24.
The Terrible Treasure
Elsie is a descendant of the pirate Black Elsie, who in 1740 was shipwrecked off the shore of an island, dumping a kings ransom on the bottom of the sea.
Two centuries later, Elsie was retracing the steps of her ancestor. Her men slaughter a tribe of friendly natives who come to greet them.
Rulah comes to investigate, is captured by the crew, and taken back to their captain. Elsie hangs Rulah by her thumbs from the mast. A disgruntled crew member releases Rulah. In the process of escaping, Elsie shoots at Rulah. However, her shot sets the life preservers on fire and ultimately the boat. Rulah escapes into the shark infested waters. Elsie is last seen on board. Rulah later takes out her crew.
