Eloise McReedy, born Eliza Duncan (Debs Howard), was a hidden minor villainess of the 2019 Lifetime film A Mother on the Edge (alternately titled Woman on the Brink; airdate May 3, 2019). She was the nanny for Lori Ayken, the daughter of Blair Ayken (the film's main protagonist).
Eloise was shown performing her duties at home, and it was revealed that she picked up Lori at school, where Blair was searching for her daughter. In actuality, Eloise was a villainous conspirator in league with evil CEO Harriet Kincaid, and her backstory revealed that she was a budding actress, having taken a payment from Harriet in order to fund her career.
As part of the conspiracy (which Dr. Amanda Pierce and Simon Ayken were also involved in), Eloise got herself hired as the Aykens' nanny and gained Lori's trust right before she picked up the girl from school and turned her over to Harriet's main lackey, David, who took her to Harriet's house. Lori's abduction was part of Harriet's plot to destroy Blair's stability and credibility, leading to the protagonist going on her own to find her daughter. Her search for Eloise's name turned up nothing, and after she got her address from her business card, Blair tracked her to her house and tackled her while she was jogging; she also referred to Eloise by her real name—Eliza Duncan.
Eliza's reveal was cemented when she confessed to her role in the kidnapping, stating that she needed the money, while refusing to go to the police out of fear. When Blair attempted to force Eliza into going anyway, the evil latter fought off the former and made her escape, only for the villainess to end up being run down and killed by David, who had been tracking the protagonist.
