Elle (Laura Albert) is the main villainess from the Silk Stalkings episode Blo-Dri.
She is the co-owner of a salon with her ex-husband Ray Velano, and is dating an American Football player called J.T Austin.
The episode starts with Ray being shot to death in the salon while he is working on a client, who is a prominent lawyer with connections to the mob. Elle is eventually interviewed about where she was at the time and gives an alibi that satisfies the case detectives, Sgt. Rita Lee Lance and Sgt. Chris Lorenzo, she then name-drops a photographer named Trish as someone who might have seen Ray around the time of the murder, as they were once seeing each other. During the interview, she is very flirty with Sgt. Lorenzo, who can’t keep his eyes off the scantily clad villainess.
It is eventually revealed that Trish was mentioned so that she is suspected of the murder, as she was around the scene of the crime just before it happened. It also turns out that the lawyer was killed purely to have the police focus on the mob as potential killers, when in fact it was Ray who was the real sole focus of the murder. Elle wanted full ownership of the salon and its new lucrative product line and with Ray's death she gained that power and control.
Lance and Lorenzo work this out and go to the salon to confront the evil Elle in her office. Just as they are taking Elle away J.T Austin, her boyfriend, shows up. J.T sees the police and runs, Lorenzo chases after him and the two begin to fight. Elle starts running after them but Lance tackles her from behind and handcuffs her. J.T is later subdued during the fight. The police mention that Elle either committed the murders herself, or had J.T do it for her, but the episode never fully reveals who the shooter was. J.T running away when seeing the police might indicate it was him though.
