Duchess Ravenwaves is the main villain in the 1980s animated series "Lady Lovely Locks and the Pixietails" Duchess Ravenwaves wants to rule over the kingdom of Lovelocks. She believes that if she gets a hold of loche of Lady lovelylock's she will obtain her powers. Her assisant her is Hairball a furry like creature who used to work for Lady Lovelylock's blind friend Shining Glory. Hairball has minions called the comb gnombes.
