Dr. Traci Flynn

Dr. Traci Flynn is the hidden villainess from the 1996 film Bulletproof. She was portrayed by Kristen Wilson.

Summary

Traci is first shown as the physical therapist for Det. Jack Carter, after being accidentally shot in the head by Archie Moses, his friend/bait while undercover trying to nab Frank Colton, a local drug lord. During training, a romance blossoms between Traci & Jack.

While capturing & transporting Moses into custody(and evading Colton's roadblocks), Traci & Jack maintain contact, complete with excess flirting. Jack is smitten enough to brag about her possibly being "the one" to Archie, a man he hates. When the two make it to the station, Jack calls Traci, only to find that Colton has taken her hostage in exchange for Moses so he can tie up a loose end.

Jack and Moses make it to Colton's estate, making their way through. Jack finds Traci in an upstairs bedroom and they reunite. When Jack tells her that he's unarmed, Traci reveals that she isn't. When Jack asks for the gun, Traci instead points it at him; thus, her villainous reveal. She directs him down the hallway until Moses snatches the gun from her. Moses also reveals, via Colton's notebook, that Traci is basically Colton's specialist at betrayals and was the bait to get Jack to get Moses.

Traci pleads with Jack to hear her story-that Colton made her do it by threatening her life & that she really fell in love with him-but to no avail & with hilarious rebuffs from Moses. She finally tells Moses to STFU and when he challenges her to "make him", she gives him a haymaker and snatches the gun back, firing at both Jack and Moses several times.

Jack tries to plead for her to stand down but she reinforces that she's "just doing her job". After Colton gives her the nod for a play, she pretends to surrender, dropping the pistol to draw Jack out. However, when Moses spots Colton about to shoot Jack, he leaps and takes the bullet to the back(ultimately a flesh wound). Traci tries to flee but Jack tackles her down the stairs & handcuffs her to a baluster. As this is the last we see of her & Colton is defeated shortly after, it is presumed that Traci is arrested when the sirens are heard approaching as Jack & Moses leave.
