Doctor Rebecca Palmer (Catherine Blythe) is the secondary villain in the 1996 martial arts movie 'Hawks Vengeance'.
Palmer works under the films main villain, an evil crimelord.
Towards the films climax the protangists break into the villains headquarters while Palmer is in the midst of a procedure and gets knocked out cold. Soon after she and Lizzie (Jayne Hietmeyer) engage in a fight which sees Rebecca blasted across the room screaming by a high voltage defrillibrator and flies into a shelf.
