Dr. Harding (Jennifer Lafleur) is the main villainess of "Mother's Day", the fourth film of the 2016 horror anthology film Holidays.
Introduction[]
Dr. Harding was introduced as a physician who had Kate Paulson (the film's main protagonist) as a patient, as she was coming to her regarding the fact that she became pregnant after any sexual encounter; resulting in her having to terminate over twenty unwanted pregnancies.
Believing Kate to have exhausted any conventional method, Dr. Harding referred the exasperated Kate to a fertility clinic run in the desert by her sister Persian. Upon arriving at the clinic and becoming involved in an orgy (during which a woman declares her a "gateway"), Kate attempted to leave, only to be stopped by Persian and two other women involved in the clinic named Lily and Crystal, with Kate passing out after Persian reveals she has been drugged.
Reveal[]
It was then that the clinic's true nature was revealed: it was actually a coven of barren witches seeking out women to provide them with a baby, with Kate being chosen as a vessel along with being drugged and kept in a catatonic state. Dr. Harding turned heel when she arrived at the clinic to check up on Kate; as she was revealed as a conspirator in the coven who lured Kate to the clinic. Tension arose among the group for Dr. Harding's frequent absences from the clinic, with Harding arguing she couldn't take time off work to be at the hideout for the entire pregnancy and snapping at Lily for shouting at Kate when she knocked over a bowl of food. Kate later attempted to call 911 when Dr. Harding left her alone, only to be caught by her villainous doctor, with the evil Harding covering Kate's mouth as she took the phone.
Kate managed to fight back and tried to run, with Lily stopping her as Dr. Harding warned her to be careful, solely due to being concerned over the baby remaining unharmed. Kate was shoved by Lily and went into labor, leading the coven to begin preparing to deliver the baby. The women were horrified to see a grown human arm emerge from Kate rather than an infant, with the film ending without revealing their fates.
