These Dominatrix enemies appear in the arcade game Crime Fighters (クライムファイターズ).
The evil brunette dominatrixes are dressed in fishnets and high heels and wear a red eye mask. They have one form of attack, and that is relentlessly whipping the hero. It can be hard to avoid her if you get too close, due to the speed and frequency of her whip.
