Doktor Rakowski (Ellen Hillingso) is a villainess in the 2001 Danish comedy film "Olsen Gang Junior". It was originally titled "Olsen Banden Junior".
In 1958, young Egon Olsen (Aksel Leth) tries to escape from the orphanage by being adopted by a rich couple. However, the couple turns out to be two evil scientists involved in a rocket scheme.
Doktor Rakowski and Hallandsen (Jesper Langberg) attempt to send Egon into outer space as a guinea pig. Egon uses his buddies back at the orphanage to help him escape.
In the end, Doktor Rakowski is humiliated. Egon places the suitcase, which I believes is full of money on a pressure point bomb. When Doktor Rakowski lifts the suitcase off the button, it blows up. When the smoke clears, Doktor Rakowski is burnt to a crisp, but still alive. This is the last we see of Rakowski, but her partner Hallandsen is seen orbiting around Earth in his rocket.
